We hope you and your family are staying safe during these unprecedented times. This particular moment in history is truly remarkable and unlike anything we have experienced in our lifetimes.

Take the opportunity to capture this unique and memorable experience. Over time, memories tend to fade, so it's important to document what it was like for future reflection.

YOUNG KIDS AT HOME?

Many of our members have found that LifeTales serves as a valuable video diary, allowing them to document their thoughts and experiences. Not only is this therapeutic, but it also provides an incredible record to look back on in the future.

Another suggestion is to record some of the activities your family and kids engage in each day during isolation. By telling the story, you are creating a once-in-a-lifetime chronicle that will be cherished forever.

OLDER KIDS AT HOME?

If you have older kids at home and are trying to find ways to keep them engaged, consider encouraging them to create a daily video diary about their experiences. You could even suggest that they share stories and insights with their future 21-year-old selves, reminding them of what they are going through today.

PARENTS OR GRANDPARENTS ON THEIR OWN?

With the current situation, it's not advisable to visit seniors, especially with children due to the risk of viral transmission. However, you can keep your parents or grandparents engaged in family life even when they can't physically be with you.

You may already be using video chatting to stay connected, which is wonderful. However, it's not feasible to spend the entire day on live video calls. One great alternative is creating stories for them or having the kids create stories to share what your family is doing each day through LifeTales. Imagine how delighted your parents or grandparents will be to listen to a song that your child sings to them!

No problem at all! You can simply send them a link to your story, and they will be able to view it on their computer, iPad, or mobile phone with just a tap. They don't need to create a LifeTales account; accessing the story is as simple as tapping a link.

Each story can be privately shared only with the people you choose. Furthermore, they are securely archived in a private environment and can be downloaded to your hard drive whenever you please.

LifeTales goes beyond being a simple photo album. You have the option to add narratives through text or audio, capturing the stories behind the pictures and the intangible moments that may have been overlooked.
